Play Therapy

Play therapy is a way of helping children express and process feelings, experiences, and worries through the language they know best - play. In a safe, supportive space, children can explore their emotions, build coping skills, and develop resilience at their own pace.

Please note: I am not currently taking on new clients for individual play therapy sessions.

One-to-One Parent Support Sessions

Parenting can be deeply rewarding, but also challenging and exhausting at times. These confidential sessions offer a supportive space to talk through your child’s emotional or behavioural needs, family dynamics, and your own parenting journey. Together, we’ll explore practical strategies and playful, relationship-focused approaches tailored to your family.

Limited availability for these sessions.

Playful Parenting Workshops

I co-facilitate Playful Parenting Workshops with a trusted colleague, offering parents and caregivers practical tools to build stronger, more connected relationships with their children.

Through interactive activities, discussion, and real-life examples, we explore ways to use play to reduce power struggles, support emotional regulation, set limits with warmth, and strengthen everyday connection. These workshops are relaxed, supportive, and full of ideas you can start using at home straight away.

Next workshop date: 8th November
